NDIS Virtual miniport driver can't capture packets

Hi,

I developed a NDIS 5.1 virtual miniport driver, the NIC shows up the
network connections in Windows control panel and IP configuration, but
it can't capture the packets, it is not showing up in the wireshark.
Any ideas. TIA.
